By signing up and actively using the Tiki Treasure program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Tiki Treasure may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Tiki Treasure. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the Tiki Treasure program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

 

You and Tiki Treasure are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Tiki Treasure. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Tiki Treasure. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the Tiki Treasure program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

 

Tiki Treasure will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Tiki Treasure program, even if Tiki Treasure has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Tiki Treasure aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

 

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Tiki Treasure and may result in legal prosecution. Tiki Treasure strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Tiki Treasure may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent.  

   

At Tiki Treasure, we strive to develop innovative services to better serve our users. We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use Tiki Treasure's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.

The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address.

 

Tiki Treasure collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.

 

Some of our services require you to register for an account. Tiki Treasure asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address, paypal account and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service. For certain services, such as our advertising programs, we may request credit card or other payment information, which we maintain in encrypted form on our server.

 

Upon your first visit to Tiki Treasure, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website.

 

We use cookies to improve the quality of our service and to better understand how people interact with us. Tiki Treasure does this by storing user preferences in cookies and by tracking user trends and patterns of how people access our site.

 

Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some Tiki Treasure features or services may not function properly without cookies.

 

We will not sell, disclose or lease our member’s personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agencies.

 

 

Membership Requirements

 

All members must be 18 years of age or older.

 

All members must be able to read, understand and communicate in English!

 

Only one account per household.

 

No proxy servers.

 

 

Zero-Tolerance Fraud Policy

 

Any member found to be committing fraud will have their account disabled immediately, thus forfeiting all earnings, requested prizes, or other benefits associated with membership.  Fraud includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts per household or IP address, using a proxy server, providing false contact and personal information, completing paid offers without sufficient funds, cancelling trial offers immediately, and completing the same offers on multiple websites.  Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts.  TikiTreasure also reserves the right to immediately terminate any account that uses the sign-up bonus, all or in part, to upgrade your account or to purchase advertising.Tiki Treasure will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

 

 

Payment

 

Payments are sent out on Sunday following the week payment is requested (withdrawn).  Members are paid by Paypal. At times, payment may take additional time to process as no payment will be made to members until Tiki Treasure has received payment from its advertisers.  Tiki Treasure reserves the right to request further identification from any member before sending payment, and the right to deny payment to any member who fails to provide the requested identification. TikiTreasure will only pay to verified Paypal accounts and the account must belong to the member requesting the cashout.  Using someone else's Paypal account will make you subject to having your account deleted and all earnings lost!  TikiTreasure also awards points to its members for various activities onsite.  These points have NO cash value.

 

Termination

 

Any member has the right to cancel their use of Tiki Treasure at any time by contacting the administrator at tikitreasure2009@yahoo.com.  In addition, Tiki Treasure reserves the right to terminate a member's account and withhold payment from any member found to be fraudulently completing offers or to have provided false personal information upon registration.  Users whose accounts are terminated lose all privileges associated with membership, including, but not limited to, money and prizes earned.  Any user whose account is terminated also loses the privilege of creating a new account in the future.

 

Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. We will post those changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will also provide a more prominent notice on our News Page. Each version will be noted at the top of the page.
